CMF, Inc. (CMFi) was founded in 1999 by Chris French, a young, budding technologist and entrepreneur that with an HTML book, a dream, and one client willing to take a chance on him, started coding websites for small businesses. As his skills grew so did his network of fellow technologists and together a small conglomeration began working on more and more sophisticated solutions to meet the needs of businesses big and small.

Chris continues to lead CMFi into new and exciting projects with clients around the U.S. He has also started and is partners in several other businesses utilizing the same technological architectures that are offered to our clients.

When possible we promote the use of Open Source software. High quality and flexibility is the primary reason and open source licensing saves you money. Two of our favorites are Drupal for content management and SugarCRM for customer relationship management.

We do have professionals in various commercial apps such as Microsoft and IBM Cognos but we will leverage open source alternatives in optimal situations.
